The first two are specific to an area/region, and the last is open to everyone. They all allow online submissions in some manner.

Once a year Howard Community College Television highlights local (Maryland) and regional indies featured on CineMaryland (cinemaryland.com) as well as what we gather from friends elsewhere… and then air throughout two weeks in May here on our non-commercial cable channel which serves tens of thousands of viewers in the Baltimore, MD-Washington DC corridor. It is non-juried and non-compensatory. Each content-appropriate indie will be scheduled at least a dozen times. All that’s required is your DVD or access to an mpg2.(? do they mean mp4?)
