Hi all- Updates are ongoing. I am currently looking at both the festivals that have just begun accepting submissions (as much as 6 months out) as well as deadlines that are swiftly approaching.

South West London International Film Festival (UK) 9/30/16

Cinema Du Reel (Paris) 10/03/2016* Submissions will open on September 9th
Submission deadline for films completed between April 1st and August 31st 2016: International Festival of Documentary Films. Cinéma du Réel gives priority to cinematographic writing and approaches, in a broad understanding of documentary that can sometimes challenge the traditional borders of the genre, whatever the subject, length, format or form. Nonetheless we strongly insist that the Festival is not seeking news reports, current affairs programs, promotional or corporate films..Films completed after September 1st. Submit by mail or link such as vimeo.

Guadalajara International Film Festival 10/28/16
