Siggraph Computer Animation Festival 04/01/16
We are seeking work that educates, entertains, or informs through the application of modern computer graphics. If you are working in these areas, please consider submitting your work to the festival: Computer animation, Real-time graphics, Visual effects, Visualization, Simulation. Within these areas, submissions can be short films, sequences, “dailies” breakdowns, excerpts from feature films, audio/visual experiences such as music videos or captured interactive experiences, cultural exhibitions, advertisements, pre-rendered simulations or data visualizations, or captured real-time content.

Curtas International Film festival (Portugal)  04/08/16
The 24th Curtas Vila do Conde – International Film Festival, taking place from 9 to 17 of July 2016, announces the call for entries for new short films produced in 2015 or 2016, within the duration limit of 60 minutes, in film (35mm or 16 mm) or digital (DCP or vídeo files).

One Shot International Short Film Festival (Armenia) 4/10/16
Competition has three categories: “ONE MINUTE – ONE SHOT”, “SHORT FILMS” and “CINEMA WITHOUT BORDER”. There are special programs and panel discussions too.”ONE SHOT” promotes independent film production in Armenia. Submitted films have no limitations in shooting format. Films can be shot on cell phones, film and HD cameras.
