Below I have posted festival calls that were submitted to my blog. If you submit your film, or a call for entries that is not related to media, animation or film (still-based), I do not run a festival and as for still based work, I do not post these opportunities.

OneTree Fest of FreedomFilms is a big, pan-India online film festival open to all young persons under 30 years of age. You have the freedom to choose any subject under the Sun. Freedom to use any kind of approach or style or treatment of the subject. Freedom to choose the kind of language demanded by your subject as in the digital world there is no censorship. Mequinensa International Film Festival 07/30/16
The festival is dedicated to water-related issues. Only short films, 20 minutes maximum. Two categories: fiction and documentary. Submissions must include spanish or catalan subtitles. You can submit through Filmfreeway with no fee.
The Tuzla Film Festival is an annual film festival that takes places in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Festival is organized by Magic Factory. Fifth Tuzla Film Festival will be held from 12th to 16th October 2016. Tuzla Film Festival includes the following categories: feature film, documentary, short, animated movie
In addition, the Tuzla Film Festival has two special programs:
“Shoot with Anything”, “Future Generation Short Films”
All categories except “Future Generation Short Films” are open exclusively for directors from the former Yugoslavia, while the category “Future Generation Short Films” is open to young filmmakers from around the world. Participants in this category may send their film works with maximum duration of 15 minutes.
CENSURED IN CANADA is an underground festival for Canadian-based artists & works marginalized and rejected by Canadian festivals and institutions – whether it was due to a lack of the “right” credentials / connections; or the work challenges aesthetic / cultural / social norms. We premiered 21 films of diverse genres and styles in Jan 2015 for our inaugural festival.Submission online.
