Seattle Lesbian and Gay Film Festival 03/03/14* earlybird deadline- free
All features and short films selected are eligible for audience and juried awards, and will receive plenty of attention from Seattle’s famously film-loving community. Juried awards come with a cash prize for: Best Feature Film, Best Documentary Film, Best Short Film, and Most Innovative Short Film. WAB submission.

Media City Film Festival 03/21/14
Media City is an annual international festival of film and video art presented in Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan since 1994. Submission by mail.

The Ocean County Library Student Film Festival 03/26/14
High school and college/film industry students up to age 26 are encouraged to submit their original film works to be shown at a red-carpet event in Mancini Hall at the Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library. All projects must be original work. Submitted materials will not be returned. Awards will be presented to the winners in the following categories: animation, commercial, documentary, full feature, news, sports short, commercial, P.S.A, short feature, experimental, and music video. Feature films should be no longer than 20 minutes in length.

Concorto Film Festival is an exhibition intended for lovers of cinema, both audience and professionals. The purpose is to promote and circulate short films and to and to generate contacts among audience, young directors and professionals.

VideoArt Festival Miden (Kalamata, Greece) 03/31/14
Video Art Festival Miden invites all video artists and video creators to participate in this year’s events, which will take place, like the past years, in public spaces at the Historic Centre of the city of Kalamata, Greece, in July 2012.The festival call is open to every creator (individuals, groups or organizations) of any nationality and background. A FILM FOR PEACE Festival intends to promote peace and dialogue among all people and social groups. DVD. Films, documentary or fiction, must focus on the theme of peace, wartime conflict, civil war or human rights.
