Searching through some festival listings, I found the following festivals with deadlines in November. (Can’t believe it is almost November!)

South West London International Film Festival (UK) 11/1/13
The SWIFF International Film Festival offers independent filmmakers and photographers from around the globe the opportunity to have their work seen by award-winning judges, fellow filmmakers and a broad public audience. The following categories are accepted: fiction, documentary, animation, experimental, and photographic works (still/ moving-image) (films can be short, medium or full-length). Submit DVD by mail.

Chicago Palestine Film Festival 11/1/13
The Chicago Palestine Film Festival (CPFF) exhibits and promotes films by Palestinian directors and films about Palestine.  CPFF is dedicated to presenting a film festival that is open, critical, and reflective of the culture, experience and vision of the filmmakers. Submit online link, stills and DVDs (2).

ProFiRe Short Film Festival (Scotland) 11/11/13
Our film festival promotes films from all around a globe. Short films under 16 min. All categories are accepted and appreciated: Short films in different languagesm Poetic Short films, Short films with no sound. We love it all. Submit by DVD or email file/link.
