The Portland Music Video Festival is an exciting new showcase of the work of musicians and filmmakers from Portland and across the nation. The festival will take place on Thursday, May 30th, 2013, at the historic Hollywood Theater. Music videos are the ultimate marriage of art and commerce, a breeding ground for up-and-coming filmmakers experimenting with their craft, a visual means of expression for musicians and bands, and the forum in which many of the greatest innovations in film, television and advertising have started.
Among the events that organizers are planning for the festival are a reception, networking events for musicians and filmmakers, an awards ceremony, afterparty, and multiple screenings of programs of music videos.

Videos must be submitted by emailing us your downloaded submission form from our website. Videos must be submitted through a weblink (to YouTube, Vimeo, etc). Submission is free, there are no entry fees. Filmmakers are encouraged to submit as many videos as they like.
