The Festival’s main aim is the promotion and diffusion of the noir genre in its various forms (crime story, suspense, thriller, horror, fantasy, spy story, whodunit…) in Italy and throughout the world, by presenting previews (in and out of competition), retrospectives, meetings, exhibits, and so forth. Taiwan International children’s Film Festival 10/31/13
Any film produced after August 2011 and suitable for viewers 12 years old and younger is eligible, so get your latest works in the running! Use festival submission platform to upload film.

Pune International Film Festival 10/31/13

International Random Film Festival (Sweden) 10/31/13
No films will be shortlisted. All films for the festival will be selected randomly. The number of films selected to the international competition is: 25. Submit by filling out the online form. You don’t have to send a DVD-screener of your film, we are not going to watch them anyway.

SIMA is an international documentary and educational impact media competition honoring members in the independent film and global humanitarian industry. Our objective is to champion and promote the stories of independent filmmakers, journalists, aid organizations and grassroots change-makers that too often remain overlooked, and to provide a springboard for creative media that exemplifies excellence in its potential to inspire change. The festival is committed to presenting works which, through their formal and aesthetic choices, give personal and original portrayals and descriptions of past and present realities of the world. The festival seeks to promote the widest possible spectrum: experimental films, essays, personal diaries, family films, films on current affairs and social issues, historical investigations, and films with classic or fragmented narrative approaches. Cinéma du Réel is open to different genres, integrates stylistic variations and montages, and is inspired by “cinéma direct” as well as fictional-style narratives. A competitive Festival of short films. Its aim is to contribute to the development and promotion of artistic short films and their production. Only films on 35mm prints, on BETA SP PAL or Digital BETA PAL in good technical condition, and provided with English subtitles, can be accepted into the competition and non-competitive sections.
