August / September deadlines added

Hi all,
Currently updating festival deadlines in between other projects. If you notice any errors, please let me know. I have caught a few that now charge a submission. I do, however list festivals that have free entry for specified groups, so check for that, just in case. I do note it in the description if it is free for students, free for those who live in a certain area, etc.

best of luck,
tracy
