Objectives: To raise the profile of positive behaviour by young people, to provide an opportunity for locally made films to reach a wider audience, to provide an opportunity for young people to see independent films from around the world, to provide learning opportunities for young filmmakers and to identify films that tackle social issues or that could be used in an educational context. Submit 2 DVDs and application form.
