Frequency Film Festival Ongoing
Films must be 70 minutes in length or longer. Screeners can be submitted on DVD NTSC or PAL or a free online streaming link/website with password.We accept all film genre categories except short films. Frequency Film Festival is a film festival based in San Diego, CA, USA. Frequency Film Festival is not a competitive film festival and does not have awards or judges.  The festival will showcase different genres of films: Documentary, International, Horror, Action, Drama, Thriller, Animation, Comedy, Musical, Sci-Fi, Experimental, LGBT, Crime, Romance, and Family. The mission of the Frequency Film Festival is to discover and promote unique and exciting films and to screen them in Southern California to an enthusiastic audience.

Supertoon International Animation Festival (Croatia) 04/01/13
Supertoon International Animation Festival is a specialized international competition festival for short animated films which will be held in Šibenik, Croatia, from 28st July to 2nd August 2013. Three competition categories: Short Animated Films-Short-format, non-commissioned animated films or videos. Films for Children and Youth- Animated works produced and distributed specifically for children and youth audiences. When a serial is the case, only one episode is eligible. Animated Music Videos-Official music videos, commissioned animated videos made specifically to promote music pieces.

Crosstalk video art festival Budapest (Hungary) 04/30/13

DVD submission. Acceptable exhibition formats: 16mm film, 35mm film, Quicktime file.

Ottawa International Animation Festival (Canada) 05/17/2013
Any frame by frame or computer-assisted animated film or video, or non-gameplay video game animation may be entered. Only works completed after June 15, 2012 will be accepted. Works submitted for selection can be presented on DVD in either NTSC or PAL.

ArcLight Cinemas Documentary Film Festival (Woodland Hills, CA) 5/31/2013
Offers talented, independent filmmakers a chance to share their work with fellow film-enthusiasts and gain exposure within the Entertainment Industry.
Submit application form through Without a box, then email .mov file through USendIt, or send a dvd by mail.

TUFF- Toronto Urban Film Festival (ON) 05/31/2013
TUFF screens the best films from hundreds of submissions. In 2012 we will be showcasing truly unique and wholly creative silent one-minute film, video and animation from across Canada and around the world. TUFF films screen every 10 minutes on 300+ screens in 63 subways stations across Toronto.
