River Aire Ten Minute Amateur Film Festival- RATMA (UK) 3/01/14
The River Aire Ten Minute Amateur (RATMA) Film Festival is designed to give a platform to amateur film makers to show their work to a live audience. The main event is held in Keighley. All profits raise money for Stand Up To Cancer. The event was started by students and driven by a dream. It hosted almost 80 short films from directors from across the globe in it’s first year, creating a fantastic event. File Transfer or DVD.

Golden Kuker Sofia International Animation Film Festival 01/31/14
Festival is organised by the Bulgarian Association of Independent Cartoon Animation Artists – BAICAA. More than 450 films from 60 countries enter the competition every year, among which films nominated for an “Oscar” and films of artists awarded at international festivals category “A”.

Portsmouth Short Film Night 11/29/13
We’re looking for shorts of any genre (or un-genre) from independent filmmakers interested in screening their film to an audience.

The event is open to anyone who enjoys watching shorts and talking film. It’s all about getting filmmakers together to show off their work, have fun, meet like-minded people, and maybe even be inspired. We particularly are looking to showcase the work of those in New England.

Even though we will watch every submission we are particularly looking for films with a holiday/winter feel this time – so if you happen to have one of those then that is even more awesome!

Buttered Corn on the Cob Film Festival (Illinois) 2/1/14
The Buttered Corn on the Cob Film Festival is a young film festival that will highlight independent films from around the corn fields of the planet. The film festival is to honor the independent drive Film Makers of the Midwest have to create films without the support of the Hollywood machine. All the films shown will have no funding from Hollywood and will have a completely independent voice. The Buttered Corn on the Cob Film Festival will also be a chance for film makers of the Midwest to come together and network together, thus improving their ability to make impressionable films.
