Topic: “At night” The triple Axel screens films which are shorter than 3:00 minutes and which have to fit the topic for the 2023 edition of the competition: “At night” – What crawls out of your camera on the subject of night? The night train or the nightingale, a night porter or night mare? In the dark of night the ghosts come and all cats are gray. The absence of light is the sinister nemesis of the film, which without light gets lost in the black hole. So, night owls, get nocturnal!

SOUSS International Short Film Festival (Morocco) 2/25/23
SOUSS International Short Film Festival Ait Melloul – Agadir, Morocco, hosts the creators of “Short Films, Short Documentaries” and offer an opportunity to participate in the 15th edition of the festival. AWARDS: 1) Short Films, 2) short documentaries, 3) youth’s experiences. Participation is open to Moroccans and foreigners. The films nominated for the contest must be short films produced in the two years before the current edition at the latest. The film should take no longer than 26 minutes. The administration of the festival appoints an expert committee to select the films that will take part in the festival’s official competition. The applicant is allowed to show not more than one film in competition. The film shall not be withdrawn from the competition after being accepted by the selection committee. The administration of the festival has the right to keep copies of films and to use them for non-commercial purposes. The administration of the festival is authorized to translate the titles and abstracts of nominated films into other languages.
